TenantHelper: A Preliminary Needfinding Study
This project is an exploration of tenants' stories as they navigate housing disputes. The end goal is to design digital tools to better support tenants across the United States. Through a needfinding study comprised of interviews and collaborative brainstorming sessions, we are exploring options to fill gaps in technological support.
The Study
One of our researchers in the department of Computer Science and Engineering is interviewing tenants who have been in a housing dispute in the past 12 months. The goal is to design digital tools to better support tenants, based on gaps in technological support.
